What is the Alternative Virtual Academy?

The Alternative Virtual Academy (AVA) provides middle and high school students with a flexible, engaging online learning environment focused on academic excellence, personal accountability, and future success. At AVA, we challenge our students to think critically, take ownership of their education, and Rise Above the Rest.

The AVA Advantage:

• Flexible, Rigorous Learning: Tailored instruction that meets students where they are while preparing them for graduation, college, and career pathways.

• Student Ownership & Accountability: Empowers middle and high school learners to build independent learning habits, confidence, and self-direction.

• Dedicated Support: Comprehensive instructional guidance and academic advising to keep every student on track to reach their goals.
